Welcome!

Boy Scout Troop 148 is located in beautiful Temecula, California, in the Tahquitz District of the California Inland Empire Council. We are chartered by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4089, in Temecula, California.

We target at least one overnight event each month. Traditional backpacking and regular horizon-expanding events such as aviation, canoeing, cycling, local and wilderness camping are highlighted, promoting teamwork and leadership, as well as individual skills.

Assist at Pack 369 Blue and Gold

Come out and assist Pack 369 at their Blue and Gold on Saturday, February 23rd. Lunch will start at 1pm and followed by Scout games.  Sign up online. The approximate end time is 3pm. 

Advancement Night

All scouts looking to get sign offs should come to the advancement night with their Scout Handbooks.  Study your books, pratice your skills and know what requirements you wish to have signed off.

Patrol Leaders' Council (PLC)

All Patrol Leaders and scouts in Troop leadership positions must be present.  A representative from each troop position needs to be in attendance.  It is the responsibility of the Chief position holder to be at the PLC unless he is unable to make it and deligates his assistant to attend.

February Campout

Looking ahead to February it is time to get signed up for our next adventure. Scouts that wish can Mountain Bike and practice all of your skills this is a perfect time. If you do not wish to Mountain Bike you are more than welcome to Camp, work on scout skills, complete a merit badge or possibly go on a hike. 

Leader Meeting

We will be having a leader meeting from 6pm to 6:55pm this Tuesday.  All adults are welcome to attend. Our meeting will take place at St. Thomas.<
