Boy Scout Troop 148 is located in beautiful Temecula, California, in the Tahquitz District of the California Inland Empire Council. We are chartered by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4089, in Temecula, California.

We target at least one overnight event each month. Traditional backpacking and regular horizon-expanding events such as aviation, canoeing, cycling, local and wilderness camping are highlighted, promoting teamwork and leadership, as well as individual skills.

Patrol Meetings

Patrol meetings will be held online this week. More details will be sent to each individual patrol. Elect your Patrol Leader and Assistant Patrol Leader this week. This will go from mid June-December.

Virtual Troop Meeting

We have a guest speaker this week who will talk about fitness and hiking the Pacific Crest Trail PCT.  One of the guest speaker has hiking the entire PCT with the exception of a small portion that has been closed for years. She has hiked the trail mostly during the summer during her summer break from teaching.

Scholarship Merit Badge

Are you planning on going to college?  If so, we have a great way to help You get on a good path. Mr. R will be teaching the Scholarship Merit Badge at this weeks troop meeting. Mr. R has been on the Air Force Academy acceptance panel so he has a great perspective.
